VARIOUS ROLES at COMPASSUS
October 2019 - Present

Began my career at Compassus as a System Administrator leading the conversion of a Exchange 2010 to Microsoft 365 along with a server migration from a datacenter to Microsoft Azure. As System Administrator I was also the technical lead of a merger consisting of 2,300 users and 45 sites. In 2021, promoted to Senior Systems Engineer moving into more of a technical lead role focusing on Microsoft Azure and maturing Enterprise Data Warehouse infrastructure. Lead effort to insource network support of 200 sites of full stack Cisco Meraki. 2023 brought a promotion to Director of Infrastructure Engineering and Support with direct reports totaling 9 (4 engineers and 5 end-user compute technicians). Engineering team responsible for maturing Azure Conditional Access policies to secure access into the environment, supporting and engineering of Microsoft 365 technologies, supporting 125 virtual machines in Microsoft Azure and Enterprise Data Warehouse, user provisioning and group management automation, patching, Microsoft Intune administration, and network administration. Led additional merger activity of 2,000 users and 20 sites in 2024. End-user computer team responsible for 8x8 phone system, multi-function device support and configuration, Android, Windows and Mac device support.

Led strategy for SMB clients while paying particular attention to trends in tickets to proactively offer solutions to solve troubling trends with system improvements and/or replacement while working closely with C-Level executives.
